This was a well-designed and ideal hotel for short break. We met attentive and best staff at this venue. Besides, the location was absolutely perfect and excellent for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a popular beach. The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a beautiful area.

The staff here were the best, the room was neat and fairly quiet with a large balcony, and the breakfast was excellent, plus the service was excellent and it's good value, with easy on-site parking.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, really close to the Ukraine for more than 10 years and right off the French Boulevard. The room was beautifully modern with a large balcony, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay very enjoyable. The bed in our room at Panorama De Luxe was of top quality, providing us with a comfortable and restful sleep. The view from our balcony was lovely, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of our room, which was meticulously maintained every day. The pool at the hotel was great, providing a refreshing spot to relax and cool off. The hotel's location was ideal, situated in a high-end area close to the sea. we had a fantastic stay at Panorama De Luxe and would highly recommend it to others.

Great facilities and exceptional service make this hotel a top choice. The breakfast was customized to my liking and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The location is great for both relaxation and convenience, with easy access to local attractions and a peaceful vibe. Plus, the car service was a nice surprise!

While most of the staff was friendly and accommodating, there were a few who seemed uninterested in customer service. the promised terrace and extra bed were not available upon arrival, causing some inconvenience.

This hotel had the perfect location! It was close to the city center, but also near the beach, which was ideal for me. The facilities were fantastic, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. I was impressed with their breakfast and their staff were helpful throughout my stay.

Had a great Xmas stay with amazing complementary hot chocolate and cookies, plus fun Xmas games for everyone. the hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and had a stunning view of the sea. the cleanliness of the hotel and the serviced rooms was also noteworthy.

The service could be improved as it was quite slow and we had to wait for drinks longer than desirable. the pool and terrace were rented to outsiders, which made it unavailable for us to use - a bit of a disappointment.

The hotel is a bit away from the city center but easily accessible by car. Located near the beach, the front garden is perfect for relaxing at 11 pm. the rooms are well-decorated and comfortable with good quality furniture. the bathroom is spacious with all necessary facilities. the service can be described as friendly and helpful. Breakfast had excellent options and was very cheap. Guests can enjoy the Black Sea view from the terrace.

One small negative aspect was noted about the lack of an extra bed or terrace as promised by the hotel management to some guests.

This hotel is a luxurious place that we absolutely recommend. the service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff fulfilling our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, providing us with a relaxing full-body massage and a serene spa lounge for unwinding. the infinity pool and sun terrace had stunning views, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas adding to our comfort. the Seasonal outdoor pool was heated, adding to the experience. the restaurant had a gorgeous location and served an excellent bed and breakfast, with a variety of special diet menus to choose from.

The only minor issue we had was with the location, which was a bit difficult to find at first. this was insignificant considering the other aspects of this hotel.
